The appointment was arranged, confirmed by both sides through the date manager, and the address was sent over. Her explicit request: only get in touch if you're going to be late. Timing all worked out, and then I'm standing in front of a locked door — she said she was still waiting for a "confirmation." How many confirmations does one need? The instruction was clear: only contact if delayed. The offered wait time of 15–20 minutes (from the nail salon to the meeting spot) was well-meant, but by then my mood was shot, and waiting around like a dog outside the door — no way. If you expect another heads-up, then please ask for it 30/60 minutes beforehand via text — but you have to actually say or write that clearly. Truly a shame.
