After many very positive reviews, I requested a photo package in October. The response was friendly, there were various options, and I chose one. Then I was told she needed to take extra shots first and that I should check back later. Since then, radio silence—no photos, no reply, no apology. A shame, because that's not the person all those good reviews would lead you to expect.
