I don't know the lady personally, but I'm fairly certain she's only ever worked in one specific region for years – I'm completely sure about one state, and almost sure about the other. That's why I find the comment unfair. It hurts her business, and these women do a respectable and very demanding job that already gets enough criticism. I'm sure she's still around there.
