A wonderful lady. Booking the appointment went completely smoothly. The location was great too. She's very engaged and challenges you a bit, happy to take the lead. Lovely! In her photos she's wearing makeup, in person she isn't, but she definitely has a pretty face, I can say that much!

It’s a shame that professionalism is lacking here. She can confirm a meeting and then simply not open the door and act like everything is fine.
