The instruction was clear: only contact if delayed. The offered wait time of 15–20 minutes (from the nail salon to the meeting spot) was well-meant, but by then my mood was shot, and waiting around like a dog outside the door — no way. If you expect another heads-up, then please ask for it 30/60 minutes beforehand via text — but you have to actually say or write that clearly. Truly a shame.
